| For the excessive consumption of energy and the serious pollution of theenvironment, clean production and energy saving become the main researchdirection for the energy industry. The thermal power plant which is the energyguzzler is no exception. On the other hand, the high price of coal makes thecosts for most of the coal-fired power plant are increasing and the profit marginsare shrinking or even disappearing. For the purpose of reducing coalconsumption,finding the energy saving potential and expanding profit marginsto the largest extent, an abundant of energy-saving technical renovationprograms, which are headed by turbine flow updating, have become theimportant measures to improve the thermal efficiency of the generator set. Thepresent thesis, which studies the300MW turbine group (unit11), elaborates itsequipment trend and the existing problems, analyses the improving necessity forits retrofitted flow part and puts forward the corresponding technical proposals,its principals and main contents. In addition, the test data after retrofitting isstudied, the economic properties of the unit operations in different situations arefurther analyzed, and proposals for saving energy and technical methods areraised as well. |
