| The hydrodynamic lubrication radial sliding bearing is a very important category of sliding bearing, widely used in rotating machinery field. Sliding bearing is a very important part of rotating machine, and makes very important effect on dynamic characteristics of rotor system, and directly related to the safety and the stable operation of the equipment. The enterprise need to know the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing when calculating the dynamic characteristics of rotor system, and the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing related with many factors, calculation and study of dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing and identification of the relevant influence factors will have very important practical significance.This article uses the hydrodynamic lubrication radial sliding bearing as the research object, based on the theory of numerical solution of Reynolds equation, energy equation and viscosity-temperature relationship, take advantage of computer to establish the theoretical model to calculate the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing and the dynamic characteristics of rotor system, then analyze the relevant influence factors’effect on the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearing and rotor system. The main important work of this article as follows:(1) Calculated the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing on corresponding eccentricity when the relevant influence factors as inlet pressure, inlet temperature and the ratio of width to diameter changing, and analyzed these relevant influence factors’effect on the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearing.(2) Calculated the unbalanced response of rotor system on corresponding dynamic characteristic coefficients of the oil-film bearing when the relevant influence factors aforementioned changing, and analyzed these relevant influence factors’effect on the dynamic characteristics of rotor system.(3) Calculated the dynamic characteristic coefficients of four lobe bearing on different lobe arrangement when relevant parameter changing, and analyzed the different lobe arrangement’effect on dynamic characteristics of four lobe bearing and rotor system.Most of the data for calculation come from engineering facts, the calculation results and the conclusion can provide some conferences for the engineering application. |
