Now in coal mine power network,Mechanical switching capacitor bank is one of the most widely used in coal mine power network,But while switching capacitor bank in reactive power compensation,Over current over voltage impact on power system secondary pollution,Affects the entire power grid power quality.For mechanical damage on power system switching capacitor,This article has major research of reactive power compensation system based on phase-control switching technology,This system on the basis of mechanical switching capacitor upgrade and improvement of application not only greatly reduces system costs, also had to tackle in addition to reactive power compensation system needs, reducing the impact on the power grid over voltage and over current; This paper designed a relatively complete phase-control switching of simulation model of reactive power compensation system;This paper focuses on two key technology of phase control switching technology doing a detailed analysis, this article uses a digital filtering technology for signal extraction of zero-crossing points, and introduced the detailed implementation methods;This vacuum contactor by neural BP Network algorithm to predict the dispersion time, establishment of BP network model, sampling data with MATLAB simulation, experimental simulation results indicate that the method with high accuracy and reliability as well as good;This article uses the instantaneous reactive power theory ip-iq, algorithm for detecting reactive current, has good real time accurate high;This design phase control switching technology of reactive power compensation system of the overall structure, and features details of its implementation; characteristics for coal mine power network load, this paper studies the phased control strategy for switching capacitor and capacitor group.Finally this article according to the overall structure of a MATLAB simulation research, gives a random switching capacitors and the simulation of phase-control switching capacitor waveform, simulation results indicate that the phase-control switching technology can effectively resolve the overvoltages and currents of the impact on the power grid.
