The shallow-buried tunneling method is the most commonly used method in the subway tunnel. Because the method’s economy and operation simplicity by many of the city. So it has the extremely vital significance and applicable value to carry out regular research of the surface and the surrounding building’s settlement when use the shallow-buried tunneling method excavation the subway tunnel. This paper rely on the Shenyang subway No.1th line Qinghuai interval period as the engineering background. This paper has systematically conducted research combined with the theory analysis、the numerical simulation and the actual situation to research of the surface and the surrounding building’s settlement. This paper obtained the following main achievements:(1) Combined with the actual engineering background to simulate a period of the actual construction process. Get the surface subsidence and the engineering practical monitoring data is the slightly different. The numerical results can be raised20%~30%when to forecast the settlement. This can be in a safe range to guide engineering practice.(2) To research the surface subsidence relationship in the different buried deep and different construction methods and adoption of the following analysis can know when increase buried deep the surface subsidence is gradually decreases. And contrast the selection of commonly used excavation methods, the core-keeping ring cut method caused the smallest surface subsidence, the bench method caused the largest surface subsidence and the single lateral wall and heading method is in middle. So it is very important to choose the reasonable depth and accurate method.(3) Based on the actual situation to simulate the building’s settlement. There are certain deviation in between the simulation value and monitoring data. And the simulation value about small12%. So I suggest the simulation value to by a safety coefficient when using numerical simulation forecasting analysis.(4) To analysis the monitoring data of the building’s settlement, obtain the settlement and time of secondary rules curve fitting. And also obtain the settlement becomes bigger and bigger when the load is increase and the axis distance is closer.
