Study On The Afection Of Pier Inclination And Sectional Dimensions Error To Continuous Rigid-Frame Bridge

Abstract/Summary:
Construction error inevitable exists in the construction of long-span bridges,thebridge structure is affected by construction error,study on the influence of constructionerror to bridge structure is very necessary.This paper combines practical projects in thebackground of continuous rigid frame bridge, applying finite element software to studythe affection of pier inclination with both limbs30cm along the bridge and sectionaldimensions error with±2cm and±10cm which is more than the allowable value of codeto continuous rigid frame bridge. Influences on the internal force stress anddisplacement of continuous rigid frame bridge are studied mainly at the stage of0#piece before pouring、cantilever2—9#piece after pouring、folding and completion,theinfluences on pier inclination to the internal force、stress and displacement ofcontinuous rigid frame bridge are obtained at the state of construction andcompletion;Meanwhile analysises on the internal force stress and displacement ofcontinuous rigid frame bridge by height deviations of primary beam are concised takinghigh dimension deviation with±2cm and±10cm of primary beam as an example.Andevaluate the two errors to the influence of long span continuous rigid frame bridges.Andinfluences are evaluated to the two kind of deviation.Conclusions can be drawn via thecontrast and analysis above:①The shear force and bending moment of pier increase significantly at pierinclination,the affection of pier inclination to the axial force of pier can be ignored onthe states of construction;the affection on internal force can be ignored;②The affection of pier inclination to primary compressive stress and horizontaldisplacement of pier is conspicuous on the states of construction, the influence onprimary tensile stress and vertical displacement can be ignored;the affection of pierinclination to primary stress and vertical displacement of primary beam can be ignored;③Internal force stress, displacement of other piers and primary beams are notaffected by pier inclination on the states of folding and completion,.Fold precision alsocan not affected by pier inclination;④Internal force, stress, displacement are not affected by height deviations with±2cm deviations severity of primary beam;axial force shear force primary tensile stressare not affected severity by height deviations with±10cm of primary beam,butinfluence on bending moment and primary compressive stress can not ignore;⑤The influences on the safety of bridge are not serious by pier clination and highdimension deviation with±2cm and±10cm of primary beam, but to the bridge’s linear and beauty have an nonnegligible influence, It could even affect the bridge long-termuse of performance,such as durability; these should be avoided in the projectconstruction.
