During the research process of the western Jiao tong construction technologyprojects(200631881448)“research on steel box-concrete combination arch bridgevertical rotation design and key technology in construction” leaded by the tutor, on thebasis of conception of “Assembled steel box-prestressed concrete continuous rigidFrame Bridge”, aiming at the steel box of the specific structure, it’s components,structural performance, construction stability and so on are analyzed and studied in thispaper. The main research contents are as follows:Based on the project of Xiaowan Bridge, the working principle of assembled steelbox-prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is explored in this paper. Thedesign method and the connection about the components of the steel box and everyperformance index of the structure during construction stage, finished stage or servicestage are also analyzed and studied in this paper.With an analysis of the model that was made in ABAQUS, study the workingcondition of the bridge’s negative moment area, analyze the force condition about thecomponents of the steel box and prove the rationality and the efficiency about thedesign method and the connection.In this paper, the construction feature and the construction characteristics of thesteel box-prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is analyzed, the stabilityduring the construction stage is studied, the measures to increase the stability during themaximum cantilever stage is also studied and the contrastive analysis of three types ofsprags is carried out to evaluate the influence to the stability.
