BCI is short for Bridge Conditon index,also the name of Bridge Conditonindex.At present, The bridges in our country has been row number bridge on the secondin the world, second only to the United States, especially in the past twenty years, allkinds of Bridges have all over the country have sprung up. But with the increase in thenumber of bridge, the following is bridge diseases are constantly increasing, so it is veryimportant to evaluate the bridges.The current standard Technical Code Of Maintenance For City Bridge (CJJ99-2003)for the main city bridge bridge specific assessment, but the standard for other evaluationsystem of the form has not do enough refining processing, evaluation bridge will havethe inconvenience of operation. In this specification for concrete arch bridge the citysome part, such as the upper structure, the current standard no specific clear list itsrating. Due to our country has plenty of arch bridges,especially play important role inthe west. Its structural characteristics are different from the girder bridge. It is necessaryto carry out their precise and effective evaluation, so to form a clear completequantifiable evaluation system is very necessary.This article is based on the theory of Technical Code Of Maintenance For CityBridge (CJJ99-2003),propose the insufficient part of bridge health condition of theevaluation method. In addition referencing Code Of Maintenance Of Highway Bridgesand Culvers(JTG H11-2004) and Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation ofHighway Bridges(JTG/T H21-2011),By using the finite element analysis of commondisease quantitative arch bridge the carrying capacity of the effect of the way, putforward the improvement scheme evaluation system. Based on the actual engineering asthe carrier, by obtaining of bridge, the analysis and comparison of the scoring systemstandard with the improved after the system.
