The method of hoisting with cableway is often employed in long span concretearch bridge, concrete filled steel tube arch bridge and steel arch bridge. The archalignment when the cable released would influence directly on the internal force andbearing capacity.Temperature is a main factor on the arch alignment when the bridgestructure exists in the air environment.The existing construction control methodcommon take a dodge way,which would lead to a quite gap between the arch alignmentwhen the cable released and the design arch alignment.In this article, in order toconsider the seasonal temperature on the influence of the arch alignment, theunstressed state control method and the bayesian prediction model is introduced tocontrol the construction for the hoisting with cableway method. The main researchcontents are as follows:1.The unstressed state control method would be introduced to arch bridge inhoisting with cableway, and derived the unstressed length for buckle cable and anchorcable in considering the seasonal temperature influence;2.Take the idea of fixing the carried amount utilized into the hoisting withcableway method,in order to ensure the arch alignment which depends on consideringthe effect of temperature,the installation alignment for the arch rib being adjusted;3.Based on the differences between the hoisting with cableway method and theconstruction for cable-stayed bridge, and in order to reduce the measurement inhoisting with cableway method and decrease the error in the initial unstressed lengthfor the buckle cable, the research puts forward a new method of the stress lengthmeasurement,which is a construction control method of making sure the stress lengthfor buckle cable first and then calculating the initial unstressed length;4.In order to certain the difference value between the temperature of arch ringclosure and the design temperature, the research uses the bayesian prediction model topredict the closure temperature, and regards this forecast temperature as the basic datato revise the carried amount for the arch ring in every stage;5. According to the research theory of the unstressed state control method,theresearch takes the influence of the temperature in this method into consideration,which being used for each buckle cable and anchor cable in the arch rib hoisting withcableway; 6.The production of arch rib with unstressed configuration method, the researchtakes the arch degree into the production stage to ensure the arch alignment in therange of the design alignment when the load of pillar existing in the arch and bridgepanel on the closure arch;7. In order to eliminate the deviation of the buckle tower when hoisting the archwith cableway, the research uses the means of arranging the anchor cable;8.To take the Guan menya bridge as an example, the research uses the bayesianprediction model to predict the temperature of arch ring closure, and then through thispredictable temperature to revise the carried amount, calculating the unstress length forthe the buckle cable and the anchor cable on the base of this predictabletemperature,which is the final control target in the hoisting with cableway for arch.Theproject results show that this method solved the influence by temperature achieves theexpected purpose, which has some significance for the construction control.
