| Profound changes have taken place in HanDan, many old buildings were demolished,In order to realize Utilization of Construction Waste as Resources of Building Material, This experiment is to recycled coarse aggregate made of Architectural Component of Demolished Brick-concrete Structure For raw materials, then The workability,permeability and the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete is researched by experimentation.Firstly. Basic performances of HanDan local recycled coarse aggregate were studied in this paper, The results show that the gradation of recycled coarse aggregate can meet the requirement to produced concrete, The apparent density of recycled coarse aggregate is smaller than the natural aggregate, water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate is better than the natural aggregate.Secondly. C30and C40recycled coarse aggregate concrete are studied. The results show that with the recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages increased, the compressive strength and workability of concrete decreased, and with the fly ash replacement percentages increased, the compressive strength and workability of concrete also decreased too. it is shown from test results that With30%of coarse aggregate replacement and40%fly ash replacement.the slump of C30recycled concrete with fly ash can reach12mm, C40recycled concrete with fly ash and0.5%FDN can reach18mm. then its cohesiveness and water retention poroperty all do very well;With30%of coarse aggregate replacement and30%fly ash replacement.the compressive strength of C30recycled concrete with fly ash can reach33.7MPa at28days. C40recycled concrete with fly ash can reach43.4MPa at28days. Therefore, using certain coarse aggregate replacement and fly ashreplacement,recycled concrete with fly ash still could meet the needs of building project on the slump and compressive strength. |
