Coupling type building energy system is an important content of green buildings.The main point of this system is combined new energy saving technology, new energy technology with HVAC system organically in the building. Our purpose is to saving energy, reducing consumption and environmental protection and realize the maximization of the use of renewable energy.In this paper, take a multifunctional business complex construction in nanjing as an example, on the basis of the cooling load of the characteristics of the larger proportion throughout the year, combined ground source heat pump technology, chilled water storage technology and waterscape cold source technology coupled with conventional air conditioning become the building energy systems.This paper puts forward the energy configuration, the design methods of this system and operation strategy is also discussed.Ground source heat pump technology now in practical phase, but in the application process existing problems such as the heating and cooling load imbalance operating conditions worsen in winter and summer. This paper established building energy systems, with ground source heat pump as important part, with chilled water storage and waterscape cold source air conditioning system, more source complementary to compensate for their lack of technology. The conditioning heat load winter very little and can be ignored in department stores.Based on the comprehensive body of the serviced apartment heating load as of ground source heat pump system heat load, and to take the same amount of heat pump system cooling load as summer load, to realize the ground of the load balance throughout the year.Because the ground heat exchanger continuous operation ability is limited, so set cooling tower adjuvant heat dissipation, become a hybrid heat pump system.In this paper based on the thermal response testing, the author make the cooling tower-ground source heat pump system equipment selection, buried tube design calculation and the energy analysis, etc.Chilled-water thermal storage system can effectively alleviat the insufficient of electric power in rush hours of summer. This paper combining with the fire pool, cold storage rate at25%for the foundation design the natural layered water storage air conditioning system.In summer priority discharging condition, we get the different operation scheme of mixed system under the conditions of different load. In view of the early and late summer, the cooling load of the houses have very small, this paper make use of outdoor fountain pool as a natural cold source, and set up fountain water-cooled air conditioning system.Use of rainwater collected as circulating water of the fountain pool.This system uses natural cold energy do not need chiller and energy consumption is few, so it’s a real green air conditioning system.
