At present, with the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the number of large buildings such as public buildings and viaducts is increasing. During the construction of these buildings, high support template system plays an increasingly important role in the process of pouring concrete. However, most of the engineering and technical personnel flee the support system is just a temporary structure, so it is not paid enough attention. In addition to the excessive development of the construction industry, the frequent occurrence of collapse accident during the use of high support template system give a serious impact on the safety of the construction process and the use of the building features, causing serious economic losses to people’s lives and property. Therefore, the calculation of the design of support bars of the high support template system, the theoretical analysis and construction monitoring are very necessary.Anhui Province geological database physical repository project is the base of this paper, combining the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site monitoring to analyze the high support template system of concrete structure. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Analyze the typical collapse of the formwork support system by referring to the relevant literature, identifies the three modes leading to formwork high-support system collapse. To introduce the selection of pouring concrete path and the internal forces amplification effect of the support parts in the concrete pouring process.(2) A simple introduction of the combine effect theory between high support template system and reinforced concrete structure, as well as the there models. The internal force of high support template system is calculated based on the continuous beam model with elastic support. The formwork stent under the two beams of this project is hand-counted, and its stability and anti-slip carrying capacity are verified.(3) Using Finite Element Analysis software ANSYS to simulate actual working conditions, and combine with the actual construction steps to get the calculated value of construction simulation. In order to grasp the state of the mechanical behavior of the actual construction process, and to determine the decisive factor as well as the key parts of the construction decision forming, this paper make an analysis of the high support template system which under various conditions according to the actual concrete pouring program. Finding out the distribution of stress and the largest regional of deformation of the support system during the construction process, get the main points of construction monitoring in this paper, providing theoretical support for construction monitoring.(4) Based on the information-oriented construction of high support form work system technology to design the site monitoring scheme. Though analysising the difference between the simulation and monitoring results and find out the reason for the difference between the cause, providing the basis and the reference for the other similar project design and construction. The research result has an important practical significance to high formwork supporting system of project monitoring.
