Research On Small-Lot Production Arrangements Of Car

With the rapid development of automotive manufacturing industryof China, it has been entered into the era of diversification. In viewof the personalized and diversified needs of customers, obsessed withthe bulk of production can not meet the requirements. The productionmode of many varieties and small batch was brought up with the tide offashion at the same time, and furthermore auto makers choose small-lotmethod of production more and more. With the advent of the independenthigh-end brand strategy, many varieties and small batch become main modeof production in high-end car manufacturing. The production process ofhigh-end vehicle includes the following characteristics, less quantitymanufacturers, long beats and a large amount of manual operation. Asabove mentioned, it is needed to develop new small-lot car preparationmethods of production to meet the requirements of customers.As is known to all, production arrangements of car is very complexand any deficiency of the whole system will cause failure. In order tofind a proper method that could be suitable for small batch production,this research mainly covers the following aspects, such as basicconstruction, manufacturing process and production management. Themethod of IDEF is more effective to complex systems.In respect of basicconstruction preparation, it is focused on how to realize the functionof basic construction model based on the method and summarized the flow chart of basic construction at last. In respect of manufacturingpreparation, it not only made technology production flow chart, but alsomade flow chart on welding, coating and final assembly in the mode ofsmall batch production and it has been given detailed explanations onkey steps. In respect of Production management, it is focused on howto make production planning and logistics planning on small-lotproduction. It is put forward flow chart on how to make productionplanning and provided an example in this paper and it is also put forwardlogistics process and pointed out important parts on how to formulateit. Although flow design part is not mature, as the starting point ofbasic researches, it is expected that the thesis could provide someinnovation ways for future generations.
