For the advantages of small volume, simple structure, moving conveniently, the micro turbine generating system is often used in the fields of military, aerospace or the special others. Therefore, the research of the micro turbine synchronous generator excitation system is very important. DC/DC converter technology is one of the main technical of a micro turbine generator excitation system, if the DC/DC converter is well analysised and controlled, the entire system will operate reliably and stably.The research of the DC/DC converter based on the soft switch technology was on the basis of micro-turbine excitation control system which was developed by Northeastern University and Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group. Under this background, A DC/DC converter control system for the75-kW brushless synchronous generator excitation in this thesis was designed, in which IGBT was power switch component and DSP was control chip. At the same time, site debugging was completed, the results reached the design requirements.Taking Buck for example, the modeling and the stability analysis of the DC/DC converter was carried on. Based on the above studies, the method of compensation loop circuits was put forward. By theoretical calculation and system simulation, the results proved that the frequency compensation method could meet stability requirements. A circuit modeling on the average characteristics is put forwarded to model nonideal basic converters operating in the continuous conduction mode. Taking the modeling nonideal Buck converter and nonideal Boost converter operating in CCM for example, the modeling processes are illustrated concretely, and the detailed theoretical derivation is given.Based on soft switch technology and resonant circuit analysis theory, two soft switching circuit topological structures are proposed; the detailed theory analysis is given and verified by Matlab simulation.The theoretical analysis and practical design is the DC/DC converter and the mechanical shell of excitation control system is carryed on in research work. From the simulation and practical results on site commissioning, each index of the DC/DC converters is reached or better than the design requirements; As an important component of control system the drawing maps of important parts of the shell is given in this thesis. |
