| With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, higher requirement generates about safety, efficiency and low cost about logistics transportation. Container transportation which is extensive attention and research is a major method of logistics. Container transportation is increasing development while inefficiency transfer and poor security problem of traditional container technology are into focus. In recent years, RFID technology is important for development of container technology which develops rapidly and extensive research and application in many fields.In this paper, we firstly analyze the deficiencies of traditional container technology in modern logistics and the functional requirement of container electronic lock system, and then propose an overall design of container electronic lock. Based the analysis of the feature of container electronic lock operation in transportation, we design an operation legitimacy of detection model for electronic lock used for detecting and alarming of illegal operation, which is effectiveness proofed by model checking tool UPPAAL. Through analysis and comparison the performance and configuration parameters of current microcontrollers unit (MCU). RF transceivers and other equipment, we design a hardware options using F149and2312as MCU serial of Texas Instruments MSP430family, and using CC1101as RF transceiver, built a software and hardware development platform, and design a programmer of energy efficiency comprehensively analyzing three factors MCU, RF transceiver and control software. For operating system easily a simple and efficient command is designed too. The function is implemented and debugged by embedded C430language. A well operational management software with user-friendly interface is also designed by JAVA language.A complete set of container electronic lock system is implemented and verified the feasibility and correctness of the system after unit and overall test. The experimental results show that the system is useful in practice with high reliability and can improve the efficiency and security of container logistics. The implementation of system achieves the desired design requirement and lays a good foundation for future expansion work. |
