The Research Of Machining Technology Of Ultra-high Pressure Oxygen Pipeline

The ship pipeline system is called as the "blood vessel" of the ship, the design pressure of ultra high pipeline in ocean project, special function ship play the main function. Oxygen which is provided with strong combustion-support will cause burning and blasting. So, the research for ultra high pressure more than20MPa oxygen pipe system processing technology appears more important.For the ultra high pressure oxygen pipe system, material is austenitic stainless steel (304L and316L), Copper and copper alloy (such as copper nickel alloy).pipe specification range is f12～f60mm, and the thickness range is2～5mm, from the pipe specification and thickness size partition belongs to thin-caliber pipe."Thin-caliber stainless steel pipe assemble and welding processing" and "degrease of inside surface" workshop pipeline processing research is the important content.In addition, the ship pipeline connecting mode on board is mainly butt joint (except connecting with the equipment, basically non-flange connecting) with connecting long and complex pipeline, it needed fill gas shielded interior on welding. So, the research as the major content of "welding stainless steel pipeline and filling argon shielded device interior" on welding is to insure welding quality, satisfy workshop and ship outfitting.In this paper, through the research of pipe assemble and welding processing on site and welding interior gas shielded protector, research and manufacture the device, solid welding process test, and special treatment of degrease cleaning. Also, accomplished to work out scientific research project of welding procedure specification and accomplished the fabrication of high-ultra pressure pipe special use mould clip and device, ensure the final quality during the course of welding and degrease clean according to standard.
