The Study On Longitudinal Data Exchange Platform Of A Provincial Power Grid

To save National energy, better dispatch energy-conservation power generation, and improve the intelligence, refinement and standardization of dispatching,"Southern Power Grid technical support system for smart-energy-conservation power generation and dispatching" was developed and designed by China Southern Power Grid. The system was supported by foundation and running data of energy-conservation in every provincial power grid. Optimizing network Tie-line on the basis of taking full advantage of hydropower, then transmit the optimization results to the provincial power dispatching center. It is the key technology to make sure the accuracy and the speed of data exchange between the dispatch centers of provincial and of Southern Power Grid.Based on the background of data exchange between Provincial Power Grid and Southern Power Grid, longitudinal data exchange platform of Provincial Power Grid was designed and embedded in the original power generation system. Firstly, based on the provincial grid data interaction, the specific data interaction processes are defined, as well as the specific content, format and logo in each process. Secondly, according to "Southern Power Grid network specifications for vertical exchange interface of Provincial scheduling management information", data structure and corresponding database tables were designed to save the interaction data. Thirdly, we package the interaction data into XML because of its simple, flexibility and good expansibility in the support system. Finally, we realized information networking between cross-platform and solved the problem of data exchange between Southern Power Grid and provincial dispatching center.
