Abstract/Summary:
Mechanical equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is acomprehensive technology, the essence of which is pattern recognition torunning state of the machine. Firstly, the characteristics of fault signals wasextracted and classified, and then perform effectively identify through thecertain intelligence means. And the effectiveness and accuracy of the featureextraction is the the key of mechanical fault diagnosis.The stable operation of the TRT generator, whether from the the socialbenefit of energy conservation environmental protection or from the economicbenefit of enterprise, maintaining stable and efficient, stable operation of theTRT generator is of great benefit. However, during the actual productionoperation process, changes of the vibration in generator often lead toinitial degradation of operation state in TRT power generation, so it is verynecessary to conduct vibration analysis and fault diagnosis to the TRTgenerator.This study is researching on TRT generator system.Firstly,the spectralanalysis of the vibration signal of generator system TRT was studied by usingspectral analysis method,checking on the working status of TRT generatorsystem. It is found that there are some imbalance faults in generator TRTsystem. Secondly, in order to confirm the accuracy of the diagnosis faultsfurther, the diagnosis of TRT generator system was conducted by waveletanalysis method, which uses a type of db10wavelet decomposed into5layerswavelet, getting the characteristic vector of the reconstruction of waveletsequence.And the wavelet decomposition and reconstruction of vibrationsignal was carried with MALAB wavelet toolbox. And further fault diagnosis analysis of TRT generator system was performed, which determine the type ofthe faults. The analysis results show that there are unbalance faults in the TRTgenerator system, it also shows the application of spectrum analysis andwavelet transform method can improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis of theequipment, which provide some significance guiding for enterprisesestablishing some targeted maintenance system.
