Central heating process is a nonlinear system with multivariable, strongly coupled,big lag, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model in the actual process.Aiming at the characteristics of the heating system, based on the generalized study ofpredictive control(GPC) and fractional order PID controller, the fraction order PID implicitgeneralized predictive control algorithm(FOPID-JGPC) is used in the heating processcontrol of heat supply network.Control(GPC) algorithm to minimize the parameter model as the prediction model,use the multi-step output prediction, and need to get a large amount of information, largeamount of calculation, the real-time performance is lower, this paper puts forward animproved Generalized Predictive Control (JGPC) algorithm, directly identify theparameters of the control law, reduce the amount of calculation. Based on verify thesuperiority in FOPID control algorithm, combined with the existing PID algorithm and themodel of control algorithm which is derived in various kinds of new algorithm inspired,combined with the advantages of JGPC algorithm, to FOPID algorithm was improved, andput forward the FOPID-JGPC algorithm, this algorithm has good stability FOPIDalgorithm namely, and prediction control system. Detailed derivation of the algorithm arealso given in the paper, and the central heating network control system as the object, themathematical model of the system is simulation researched by the improved algorithm, theMATLAB simulation shows that the control performance of the FOPID-JGPC algorithm isbetter than conventional PID algorithm, implicit GPC algorithm and PID. This paper try touse the improved the advanced algorithm in network control system for central heating,laid a theoretical foundation to explore new control algorithm in the application ofengineering practice.
