With the development of the national economy, the distribution network security, quality of economic operation is now an important part of the power grid operation. With the continuous development of distributed generation (DG), the impact of DG on the operation of the distribution network should not be overlooked. Therefore, It is necessary not only to accomplish the Distribution Network Reconfiguration considering a variety of DGs, but also to reduce network losses by adjusting the reactive power compensation, so as to achieve comprehensive optimization. The work of this paper is as follows:In considering the impact of DGs on flow calculation of operation optimization of the distribution network, a power flow calculation method is formed. The different types of the generator is divided into PV node PQ node, PI node and Q(V) node to be considered, such a node consideration will improve the power flow calculation, so that the load flow calculation results are more practical.As to the Loss Calculation, power adjustable DG according to the power, the DG not adjustable, DG with random power, three different kinds of DG are considered into distribution network loss calculation. Power adjustable DG can obtain optimal output in the bases of network loss minimization; non-adjustable power DG will be considered as a fixed load; DG with random power will be calculated by the probability calculation under various processing conditions expectations that come with the power grid network loss. This net loss calculation method is close to reality, and more in line with the actual distribution network operation optimization.By taking into account the distribution grid branch switch and contact switch, capacitor switching, power adjustable DG output optimization, All considerations are integrated to form the optimization of the distribution network operation optimization. Traditional distribution network reconfiguration, Reactive Power Optimization research considered only one part, while taking into account several optimization is more realistic.By combining the traditional immune algorithm and neighborhood search methods, a neighborhood search immune algorithm formed. Neighborhood search algorithm will ensure global convergence of the traditional immune algorithm and increase the convergence of the final iteration to accelerate the convergence.
