The Design Of The Telemetry And Telecommand Unit Based On Power Conditioning Unit With High Power

Power conditioning unit regulates bus voltage of satellite power system, to stabilize the output voltage. As an important part of power conditioning unit, telemetry and telecommand unit is used to receive command and send telemetry.This thesis discusses the main problems in the development of telemetry and telecommand unit at present and presents a specific solution. A newly telemetry and telecommand unit is designed which can adapt to power conditioning unit with high power and high voltage. The designs of the logic timing circuit, conditioning and handing circuit, auxiliary power supply, and interface circuit are completed. The unit operates in cold redundancy. Hardware circuit is reasonably designed to greatly improve reliability and accuracy of the whole system. The unit is powered by a dedicated auxiliary supply, and adopts single switch forward topology which are attractive for wide range input. The purpose of interface circuit is to transfer information between the unit and on-board computer.The result of experiment is that the unit enhances obviously in reliability and accuracy. The design achieves the expected demand.
