In this article, the technique of rotor’s dynamic analysis and decreasing vibration has been investigated. Focused on the high-speed flexible rotor of aeroengine, Some new turbo-engine compressor test rig’s working speed is higher than the rotor’s first bending critical speed, the finite elements method was used in the rotor-supporting system dynamic analysis, through comparing and analyzing rotor’s vibration mode and constant unbalance’s transient response to the variation of the flexible supporting rigidity and the coefficients of the squeeze film, known that the rotor dynamic characteristics of the compressor test rig’s response to the supporting rigidity、 squeeze-film depth、squeeze-film length、squeeze-film pressure、the temperature of squeeze-film etc, essentially, the compressor test rig rotor’s dynamic properties and its vibration mode comprehended profoundly, and this analysis provided the basis theory to the compressor test rig rotor’s vibration decreasing research and point out the improvement orientation. It was decided to apply the design which the supporting system is consist of two spring supporting with squeeze-film damper to decreasing vibration, then designed and manufactured the simulated rotor and the spring supporting set with squeeze-film damper, firstly the mode of the compressor test rig rotor with the spring supporting was been tested, and compared with the theory analysis results, the two results was similar, so it is stated that using the finite elements method can obtain the similar result using the test method; farther more, using this rig, the simulated rotor have been successfully rotated upto its designing speed, it is proved that the supporting system can successfully applied in decreasing vibration of the simulate rotor, then these technique was used to the compressor test rig rotor, and also make the new compressor test rig get across the first bending critical speed and running steadily on the low speed state, also the designing high speed state.Through these investigation, the type of this high speed rotor’s dynamic characteristic was realized, the effect of decreasing vibration was verified by using two spring supporting with squeeze oil film, the software’s utility in dynamic analysis and designing was testified; it is also provide theoretical dependence and experience for the other similar compressor test rigs’investigation and trial.
