In recent years, demand for electronic balance is growing rapidly. Low-endproducts of domestic electronic balance industry have accounted for most of thedomestic market and exported in large quantities. However, the high-end market isstill occupied by foreign products, especially the leading international level productsare still blank in China. Therefore, to develop fully functional and high-precisionelectronic analytical balance with independent intellectual property rights isimminent.To overcome simple function, bad stability and poor reliability of the domesticelectronic analytical balance, as well as the imperfect electromagnetic force balancesensor and complex hardware compensation circuit, this thesis uses software insteadof hardware to achieve data filtering, temperature compensation and nonlinearcompensation to ensure the measuring accuracy, reduce cost, improve productionefficiency and enhance reliability, while taking advantage of the large-screen LCDand multilevel tree menu to rich applications for electronic analytical balance.This thesis introduces the current situation and development trend of domesticand foreign electronic balance, discusses the significance of research on220g/0.1mgintelligent electronic analytical balance software design. According to pulse widthmodulation principle,220g/0.1mg electronic analytical balance is designed. Thethesis gives the technical indicators, the overall system architecture, softwarerequirements analysis, software design framework and realizes the applicationfunctions design, including weighing, calibration, menu, temperature measurement,data storage, fault self-diagnosis and the upper PC management system. Then themain algorithms related to data processing are described, including data acquisition,data preprocessing, drift compensation and non-linear correction. The thesis alsostates how to use serial port to upgrade software for remote microprocessor system,gives the experimental test results. Finally the performance test methods are providedaccording to JJG1036-2008Verification Regulation and corporation electronicbalance standard, gives the test results and error analysis.The experimental results show that the above-mentioned software design ofelectronic analytical balance meets the design performance requirements with scale range of220g, accuracy of0.1mg in roomtemperature.
