Turbine wheel is the most important part in aeroengine, no only complicate structure but also working condition is characterized by high temperature and large loads. With increasingly high thrust-weight ratio requirements in aeroengine development, ordinary materials is difficult to meet the turbine wheel creep and low cycle fatigue life requirements. Powder metallurgy superalloy is the best material to manufacture turbine wheel in high thrust-weight ratio aeroengine, the more mature application and research on the material in foreign than our country, contrast to abroad, the study of powder metallurgy superalloy LCF is in beginning stage and there are many gaps and weak links, these have seriously constraint the development of aeroengine of our country.This paper studies an aeroengine powder metallurgy superalloy turbine wheel, the main purpose is to provide a security service life. The main contents are as follows:(1) Calculate the stress and strain of a powder metallurgy superalloy turbine wheel under centrifugal loading, identify the most biggest stress、strain position, and measure strain of the rotating powder metallurgy superalloy turbine wheel by using strain gauge and high-speed lead electric, verify the material properties data and the reliability of calculation method.(2) Calculate the temperature field and the stress of the turbine wheel in working condition, identify the key parts and temperature, and debug the temperature field in experimental condition, make sure the key parts’temperature in experimental condition as the same as the working condition.(3) Calculate the upper limit speed of the turbine wheel based on stress factor, and experiment with the turbine wheel in heating state, then determine the security life on the experiment result.
