| With the people getting attention to the greenhouse effect and atmospheric ozone destruction of problems, Looking for new refrigerants to replace the traditional refrigerants is become the hot spot now. As a natural refrigerant CO2Received wide attentions. As A kind of effective energy saving technology, compression-ejection refrigeration cycle which uses CO2has attracted attention by scholars both at home and abroad.At present, the hotspot in domestic research on CO2refrigeration is focus on heat pump water heater. But haven’t seen the whole simulation research on carbon dioxide compression/ejection refrigeration, Using thermodynamics to analyze performance of system and experiments mainly.In this paper, Try with the aid of computer simulation technology,we do a research to the compression/ejection refrigeration cycle which uses CO2. Compared with conventional refrigeration cycle, the new cycle adds a non volume type throttle mechanism——ejector to enhance the COP. Besides, Mathematical models are established respectively for compressor, evaporator, cooler, ejector and throttle valve, mathematical models are established respectively. Considering the complexity of the carbon dioxide physical properties, Partition the physical properties to some regions when fitting carbon dioxide thermal physical property, so ensure results accurate. Based on established models of components, carries stable simulation with the coupling method for system. At last, according to the calculation, we compare the compression/ejection refrigeration cycle which uses CO2to conventional refrigeration cycle, Draw the former indeed can improve the efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the conclusion.At the end of this paper, some suggestions are put forward for the future researches. |
