Supercritical unit with its high power generation efficiency, coal consumption is low characteristic becomes the our country the development direction of thermal power generating units.600MW supercritical unit is also the world’s most developed countries focus on the development of the main firepower unit. Along with the domestic600MW technology digestion, improve and enhance the reliability of operation, more and more high, and the security and stability of power grid economic operation plays a very important role, gradually replace the300MW unit, become the main force of China’s thermal power generation. Along with our country a large number of600MW supercritical generating units put into operation, is an urgent need to summarize research on large supercritical unit coordinated control system and the characteristics of operation.This paper mainly introduces the600MW above the supercritical once-through boiler characteristics and control plan. On the introduction of600MW supercritical once-through boiler coordinated control scheme, firstly, introduced the600MW supercritical once-through unit process and material composition and control difficulty, purpose is to distinguish between once-through boiler and steam drum boiler characteristics; secondly, introduces the Shangdu power plant project phase three660MW supercritical DC machine control boiler main control, control scheme, as well as the168period of experimental data.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of supercritical unit, elaborated the boiler-turbine coordinated control principle and process, and based on SAMA map for qualitative analysis; the end of the article from the environmental resources, economic, technology perspective summarizes three aspects of supercritical unit in the future development prospect.
