Uniform Information Model Research On Condition Minotoring Integrated Platform Of Intelligent Grid

Substations and control centers of the intelligent grid are in an important position in the transmission process. Therefore, substation equipments’ condition monitoring and maintenance technology first became key issues of intelligent technology.One or more substations often use multiple manufacturers’ condition monitoring equipment. These monitoring equipments and the corresponding analysis software have a strong interdependence. Because of the above reasons, equipments are incompatible and difficult to achieve sharing system resources, and System’s monitoring costs are higher. Between substation and control center, it is difficult to share condition information, condition monitoring systems exists highly heterogeneous with models of other applications systems. However, standard used by each system differences become obstacles to build an integrated platform.With development of intelligent grid, to build condition monitoring integration platform is imperative. The substation and the substation, substation and control centers, condition monitoring systems and other systems can share system resources and condition information by integrated platform. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to build a unified information model and turn SCL configuration files into the CIM document files through the unified model. This paper first outlined the background and significance of topics, the current development of intelligent grid and condition monitoring, detailed analysis and comparison of the SCL model and CIM models about other attribute information, summarized many aspects of similarities and differences of the two, especially in the condition monitoring, described the information model and XML application language RDF, studied researches and defects of the IEC61850standard and IEC61970standards in the condition monitoring, developed many mapping rule between the SCL model and the CIM model, built a unified information condition monitoring model with an example. Finally I designed system architecture of the intelligent grid condition monitoring integration platform, and designed adaptation’s steps from SCL configuration files to CIM/XML, through combining with intelligent mapping rules to achieve the module function by conversing some model and documents.
