The use of energy has becoming a very urgent problem at present. So how can we development the new energy with all our strength, has becoming the general issue of the current society. This thesis mainly designs a pressure generation-device based on the use of new energy. In this thesis, the theory of the background, development and basic knowledge of pressure generation is presented. And it designs a new device of pressure generation, also it analysis how to combine the device of piezoelectric materials generate electricity and the device of hydraulic power generation system into a total device. In this total device, piezoelectric materials generate electricity provides the standing low-voltage power supply for the control system of hydraulic power generation. Furthermore, the device of hydraulic power generation system is the main part of the total device which provides the electrical energy. This thesis studies on the basic theory of piezoelectricity and power generation characteristics of piezoelectric materials. It designs rectification circuit and energy storage circuit of piezoelectric power generation based on improvement of theoretical methods. And it provides the theory guarantee for it, which makes piezoelectric power generation into Low-voltage power supply system. On the hydraulic power generation side, this thesis uses the system and design theory of hydraulic transmission. Then chooses the elements of hydraulic power generation based on the data of the practical situation. After the definition of the elements, it builds up the model of hydraulic power generation. The thesis uses AMESim to build simulation models, and uses the data after its simulation to find out the key element which effect the system.
