Bas on multi-Hetero-Junction photovoltaic cell,1000times of solar energyconcentration for the conversion of light to electricity has been realized.To decrease the size of receiver and to increase thermal transferring performance,DBC (direct bonding copper) was used in the receiver in order to obtain the highconductivity of electricity and heat. Following are some of the characteristics ofproduct achieved:1. PV conversion efficiency is improved dramatically from16%to around40%byusing compound semiconductor,3-hetero junction;.2. With customized2nd optics design and assembly process, requirement of CPVtracker accuracy decreased and loss of optical energy decreased, to improve theenergy harvest and efficiency of the CPV systemIn addition, following research has been implemented:1.By measuring IV sweep to discover the thermal transferring performance of receiverto prevent the cell efficiency dropdown in field.2.
