The level ofa country’s manufacturing industry reflect its’ industrial degree, and thehigh-performance AC servo system is the basis of high-precision manufacturing industry.Permanent magnet synchronous motorgradually become the mainstream of servo motor bypossessing a variety of advantages such as high power factor, high torque-current ratio, lowinertia, high control performance, small size, easy to maintain, widely used in different areaslike robotics and CNC machine tools.First of all, brief analysis of research status and development of permanent magnetsynchronous motor position control system are provided in this paper. Then, with the methodsof vector control,the paper conducts a deep analysis in dynamic mathematical model ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor both before and after coordinate transformation. Andchoose the method of rotor magnetic field-orientaton to realize the decoupling.And analysison three-loop of permanent magnet synchronous motor position control are given toprovide atheoretical foundation for the study ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor position controlsystem.In view of position control running repeatedly and analysis on three-loop of positioncontrol system, a permanent magnet synchronous motor position controller based on iterativelearning was proposed. Iterative learning control algorithm is theoretically able to achieveperfect tracking of the desired trajectory (both transient and steady-state), and the algorithm issimple, only add storage unit. This position controller, compareing with traditional methods,can eliminate the steady state error and significantly improve system tracking accuracy,insensitive to motor parameters and has strong robustness.Based on theoretical analysis, the simulations of permanent magnet synchronous motorposition controller based on iterative learningcontrol system are realized in MATLAB, and thesimulation results are discussed and compared, these results also prove the accuracy of thealgorithm.
