Thermal environment in cabin was adjusted by automobile air condition in almost allvehicles, so the vehicle thermal comfort was influenced by the system performance ofautomobile air condition. Automobile air condition was used to improve comfortableperformance of cabin and ensure good travel environment by refrigeration and desiccant, andheating system can be used to avoid passenger excess dressing and provide the function ofdefrosting and demisting for windshield and car windows, which can greatly improve travelsafety. Thermal condition in vehicle cabin and its efficacy to driver largely influenced thermalcomfort and travel safety.The outside temperature can reach above35in summer under burning sun. Whenvehicle parked outside, the temperature of cabin can reach above70and it would be higherin some surfaces of auto-inner ornament such as steering wheel, panel, and seats and so on.So, thermal condition in cabin should be rapid changed when automobile air conditionrunning. The performances of automobile air condition were not the same in controlling cabinthermal condition although nearly all vehicles were installed air condition. The workenvironments of vehicles were complicated variable, and maybe influenced by natural such astempest, heavy snow and high intensity solar radiation, so as to the intense change of the innerair quality in cabin. Sunlight thermal radiation and outside temperature variable leaded thechange of inner temperature. The blown sand and exhaust were brought into cabin by thereasons of air circle and car windows and so on, which may lead air pollution in cabin andthermal load change. So made the air condition system hard to complete or maintain thermalcomfort in the time of start to stable. In order to design more effective air condition, masteringthermal behaviors of cabin in hearting stage and refrigeration were necessary.This paper emphatically discussed that, in the variable process of refrigeration stage, thevariable regulation of parameters and thermal comfort evaluated in non-uniform environmentand dynamics. In research process, the vehicle parked under solar, and the inner air conditionwould rapid changed. The inner thermal comfort was detail described in one hourrefrigeration stage. Air temperature and surface temperature were recorded through related measurement points in this stage. In order to objective evaluate the improved efficiency ofcomfort in cabin, the nine points’ temperature of body surface were measured to realize.
