In the clinical treatment, certain drugs, heart disease, old age patients with infantile etc, it is necessary to strictly control the infusion speed, and the patient also needin a quiet environment not only noise for their psychological impact. But for Chinesemedical market for infusion pump, injection pump is a new industry, only more thanten years’ history, and domestic infusion pump are mostly profits from the overseas experience, the technology relatively old, so the current domestic production of infusionpump still exists some problems, infusion pump noise and now transfusion control accuracy is not reliable etc. So find out that infusion pump control velocity accuracy isnot reliable and noise big factors, and improvement in these areas is very important. In this paper, the structure of the infusion pump are analyzed, at the same time the often used in infusion pump power mechanism in linear peristaltic pump of the nature of the material to carry on the analysis, and then determine the experiment scheme. With three different material PA66+glass fiber, PA66and POM do blade and CAM linear peristaltic pump in are no lubricating oil, a quiet environment for noise test, record data. In linear peristaltic pump leaves and CAM materials under the same conditions,12blade form a sinusoidal periodic and two sinusoidal periodic movement curve, velocity stability of the contrast experiment.Through experiment data processing, and the experimental results are compared, compare different conditions infusion pump velocity stability and the size of the noise,to find these factors and find out the ideal structure and materials as the peristaltic pump structure and materials in the final selection of results.
