The research background of this paper is the booster chlorinationin urban and rural water supply system. The water supply system is an important part of city construction and is also an important part in urban and rural water supply system.Unlike the urban water supply system, urban and rural water supply system is more complicated.Urban and rural water supply system has longer water transportion distant, morecomplicated pipeline and the water consumption of the remote user fluctuate greatly.The objet of the research is JiaXing urban and rural water supply system. According to the result of the experiment, the chlorine decay model of the water in JiaXing urban and rural water supply system is determined. Then the quality and hydraulic model is established according to the actual situation, the control of the booster chlorination can be achieved. Then expanding the research of the booster chlorination of one town, the global control of the chlorination of the waterworks and the booster chlorination points is analyzed,:Firstly, according to the experiment, first-order model is more suitable for the chlorine decay model of JiaXing water, and the chlorine decay coefficient is determined.Secondly, the water hydraulic model is constructed based on the cad data of the pipe network. Then.establishing the water quality model depends on the circumstances:when the town dose not have the remote water quality monitoring point, choosing microwater quality model, the way is supplying the water chlorine decay model which is obtained through the laboratory experiments and the wall chlorine decay model which is obtained through the field experiments in the water hydraulic model; when the town has the remote water quality monitoring point, choosing macro water quality model,the way is according to thereal-time feedback information (the water temperature, the concentration of chlorine and the water consumption) through the online monitorand using T-S model to predict the chlorine of downstream monitoring points.Then, the system of the booster chlorination is developed and according to the water quality model, the booster chlorination control system is established and the corresponding software is developed.Lastly, booster chlorination of several towns and the chlorination of the waterworks isanalyzed. One town one booster chlorination point is promoted to each town each booster chlorination point, the global control of the chlorination of the waterworksand the booster chlorination points is analyzed and the corresponding software is developed.
