Recycled aggregate refers to the aggregate crushing and processing from the waste concrete, including recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate, and, recycled concrete that is, some or all of the concrete using recycled aggregate produced, using the amount of recycled aggregate produce the concrete that large number of used in construction works can save resources and reduce environmental pollution. However, due to the regeneration of the aggregate surface attached to the old concrete mortar, they need the enhanced treatment before used in the production of recycled concreteIntensity of the development process of recycled concrete, recycled aggregate on the surface enrichment of CH (Ca(OH)2) and internal mineral composition and microstructure changes, According to this change, reference to the appropriate amount of highly active nanoparticles to strengthen the recycled aggregate, through the microhardness and microstructure analysis recycled aggregate nano-strengthening mechanism, and then, select the appropriate nano-enhanced materials—nano calcium carbonate. Studies have shown that the substance of strengthen the recycled aggregate is that nano nanomaterials can improve recycled aggregate pore structure and promote the hydration reaction of cement and react with the hydration products to generate the C-S-H gel. On the basis of recycled aggregate nano-enhancement technology, we make the recycled aggregate partly replaced the natural aggregate to product recycle concrete. The results show that, after strengthened by nanometer, the recycled concrete mixture performance is improved, the compressive strength increased, it can also effectively improve the durability of the concrete, such as resistance to chloride ion penetration, permeability and frost resistance et al.
