Eject launcher are widely used in military field, such as missile and rocket launch, ship-based aircraft launching, unmanned fighter plane launch, life-saving seat lifting off, or even launching of satellite from space-station,aerospace plane or other flight devices. This paper designed a kind of high speed hydraulic ejection system as the power section of a certain type of experimental facilities. The ejection system is design for three parts:high speed hydraulic cylinder, big-flow acceleration switching valve and energy accumulator. The main innovative points of this system are as follows:(1) the hydraulic cylinder using differential circuit, two stage buffer;(2) the big-flow acceleration switching valve using bilateral throttle structure, the valveā€™s instantaneous flow can reach50001/min;(3) ejection speed and ejection quality can be adjusted.This paper designs a set of high speed hydraulic ejection system, explains the working principle of the system and calculate the detailed parameters, built the mathematic model of the system and carries on the simulation analysis, optimization of the system parameters, and work out physical experiment research. The experimental results show that the electric-liquid-gas hybrid ejection system can meet the design index.The main tasks of this dissertation are listed as followed,(1) some correlative information with eject launcher and electro-hydraulic valves were introduced at first, and then purpose and meaning of the study were proposed.(2) design a high speed hydraulic ejection system to meet the performance requirements, explains the working principle of the system and calculate the detailed parameters.(3) according to the calculation of the parameters, the mechanical structure of each element of the system were designed detailed.(4) the mathematical model of the big-flow acceleration switching valve and the ejection system was established. And then the simulation was done on the environment of the software Matlab. optimization of the system parameters(5) A experiment system was built to test the performance of big-flow acceleration switching valve controlled by the2D servo valve. And another was built to test performance of the ejection system, to test system ejection process. The experimental results show that ejection system meet the design requirements.(6) the summarization of this dissertation and the prospect of this research.
