There is a mount of values in the sea,if the offshore platform structurehappens to destruction, which is considered as an important lifeline, not onlyseverely affects people’s production and construction, but also has brought greatloss about people’s lives and property and the social economy. Early the testing ofoffshore platform on overall strength and safety study is mainly on some of thenodes on the stress and acceleration.This testing method does not adequatelyconsider the appalling conditions in which the loading complex,and so on.Therefore, it is very important to test damaged degree about the offshore platformin service period..This paper proposed the structure identification method ofcombining with wavelet transform and strain energy,mainly contenting thefollowing:1.This paper proposed on structural damage identification method that basedon wavelet transform and strain energy of combining. the change of strain energyserves as a signature for the structure damaged. Firstly the large-scale analysissoftware ANSYS is used for numerical damage simulation on space truss model,the change of strain energy on the structure is used for continuous wavelettransforming and discrete wavelet transforming, the relationship between difference of wavelet coefficients and structural damage are statistic, and theresults show this method can identify effectively structural damage and the damagelocation.2.This paper linerize the Motion equation to solve out the random wave forcesof the offshore platform on the fonite element,establish the equation on the motion,and gives the platform structure in the random wave action solution method fromthe time domain point.3.Using daubechies wavelet to check the singnal of irregular singal points andsingal parts of mutations.Developing real-time identification method on the basisof damage to offshore platform.This paper select db4wavelet as the waveletfunction to identify damage which include before and aftef strain energy todifferent site of injury and different noise.
