The investigation indicated that more than50%of large-scale roadbed disasters inChongqing Three Gorges area occured in the Triassic badong group、The Jurassiczhenzhuchong group and the quaternary Colluvial product formation. And this kind ofstrata is called as easy slippery stratum. During construction and operation of the road,located on the embankment of such formation is vulnerable to landslides and othergeological disasters. Geological hazards not so serious may cause traffic jam orinterruption, while serious disastermay cause vehicle destruction and death. Therefore,to carry out the research on security risk assessment of roadbed have importantsignificance for ensuring the successful implementation of road construction in the area,preventing and mitigating the disaste for the highway management department, makingreasonable decision and the scientific design scheme for designer.The thesis bases on the relevant contents of basic research item of the Ministry ofCommunications-Study on Safety risk Assessment、Forecast、Control Techniques ofroadbed at Slippery stratum in Chongqing three gorges area.This article describes basic theory of the slope stability analysis, reliability analysisand risk analysis of slope engineering, and making a systematic exposition of the slopeengineering risk analysis and evaluation of systems theoretical framework, which withthe main content of the slope stability evaluation, slope evaluation of the accident lossdamage, slope failure risk assessment, risk prone body damage assessment.Through describing the current theoretical basis of geological disasters and theresearch methods, choose the Analytic Hierarchy Process and comprehensive indexmethod as the main tools, establishment of relevant mathematical models combinedwith the knowledge of probability theory, putting forward the concept of landslide risk.Through research on the concept of landslide and the vulnerability of the slide,proposed the concept of landslide hazard intensity. And based on these two indicators,establishing calculation model of the popular damage and direct economic loss.Based on risk, popular damage, economic loss as an indicator of risk classification,and the Suggested Values of safety factor of slope and the corresponding PreventionMeasures in different risk classification conditions are given. Finally, making riskassessment on relying on the project, the methods of assessment and evaluation modelis validated.
