Permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures (rut) is one of main damaging typeof the highway asphalt pavement. Not only affect the service life of the asphaltpavement and the quality of service, and driving back to cause a great deal of potentialsafety problems, the serious influence traffic safety. Vehicle load, temperatureenvironment is closely related to the rut, by the accumulation of change over time,eventually cause the serious destruction of the pavement structure. Based on thisproblem and the existing conditions facilities, embarks from the reality, the paperproposes the three axis repeated load test evaluation of asphalt mixture the hightemperature stability, the permanent deformation prediction, the guidance of theasphalt pavement maintenance and repair.From the two aspect of theory and experiment, this article mainly produce theasphalt pavement structure permanent deformation mechanism of analysis, AC-13andAC-25two asphalt mixture with three axis repeated load test. Through the control ofthe asphalt mixture testing temperature, partial stress factors related to get differentasphalt mixture deformation law of permanent. The main research results are asfollows:Through the three axis repeated load test, obtained the different asphaltmixture permanent deformation law of, according to get data, get the asphalt mixtureof permanent deformation prediction equations form.Fitting the experimental data of permanent deformation and the load byMatlab software obtain the asphalt mixture mechanical model of viscoelasticrheological parameters.Establish of different temperatures,"the number of cycles-deviatoric stress-the amount of permanent deformation," three-dimensional surface. through laboratorytests under the four temperature permanent deformation of asphalt mixturesdimensional data interpolation and fitting,Three axis of repeated load test and the correlation between the rutting testresults are analyzed and get test results of relatively good correlation exists, its relatedcoefficient were0.9above, this means that two test methods to evaluate the stability ofasphalt mixture at high temperature results consistent.
