Combined with the technology research in improving durability of concrete bridge deck pavement, The paper is aim to carry out a system study that the flexible fiber reinforced concrete is used as the beam bridge deck pavement.Take finite element calculation software ANSYS11.0to simulate, and take the simply supported beam bridge as the analysis model, work out the stress, strain and displacement of bridge deck pavement and bridge panel when they are under the action of load, and analyzed.Through a lot of physical and mechanical performance test and analysis about flexible fiber reinforced concrete, including the bending, resist fatigue, impact resistant, permeability which influence the bridge deck pavement work characteristics, verify the new material flexible fiber reinforced concrete bridge deck pavement materials as the rationality and determine the right mix.Because the bridge deck pavement join the reinforcement fabric and flexible fiber, which has the random enhance ability and double resistance to crack ability, so it’s with good service life.By finite element analysis results show that, new and old concrete binding layer is strength weak layer, so for different interface agent and interface treatment to do the new old concrete interfacial bonding test, mainly for new and old concrete bonding shear and bond bending situation, in the search for the corresponding interfacial agent and interface treatment measures to improve the new and old concrete binding layer strength.Through the research results, we can extension concrete bridge deck pavement service life from many aspects, and improve the durability of the bridge deck pavement.
