The Development And Research On Highway Cement Concert Rapid Repair Material

As a result of cement concrete pavement early damage on state and society causedby the economic loss is immeasurable every year, traditional repairing method andrepairing material maintenance period is long, serious impact on the traffic capacity ofthe roads, can not meet the modern road fast pass requirements. Therefore, thedevelopment of a new type of cement concrete pavement rapid repair materials hasimportant significance. This paper designs a kind of inorganic cementitious material-stabilizer-retarder three compound cementitious system new concrete pavement rapidrepair materials, and its ingredients, mixing ratio design and effects of early strengthfactor, contractile properties were studied systematically, the research conclusion asfollows:①By reading the relevant literature and previous research results to determine therapid repair material, and to the rapid repair materials of early strength, setting time,work performance were studied, the results indicate that the strength test of8h strengthreached the heavy traffic pavement requirements,1d intensity reached special trafficpavement strength requirements.②From the theoretical analysis and test research, analysis of porosity、sand rate、temperature、humidity、curing and other aspects of rapid repair material of early strengtheffect, including temperature and humidity greater influence on later strength, timelyregimen can also increase the later strength.③The paper was studied by orthogonal test on the effects of stabilizer of rapidrepair material, the experiment results show: adding stabilizer can increase thecompactness of the system, improve the degree of hydration of cementitious system.Addition of the stabilizer on the rapid patching material of early strength greatly, theproper proportion of added can increase the compactness, but the stabilizer is added toomuch will reduce the early strength, causing adverse effects.④This paper studies the rapid repair materials of contractile properties, proof of itscontractile properties are better than those of Portland cement concrete pavement.⑤Through the entity paving project for rapid repair materials, constructiontechnology and matters need attention in the process are described, the developmentproject of the rapid repair material strength to meet the rapid repair requirements.
