With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and scienceand technology progress,high-grade asphalt pavement is used more and more widely.But with the increase of the road mileage,the early destruction of the pavement is alsomore and more serious,especially the local settlement phenomenon. As a result, it isnecessary to analyze high water content of local sub grade filling sections,lowdensity,and non-uniform intensity,which cause roadbed subsidence,crack or evenlocal instability. Then give views of rectification to the surface subsidence,with highwater content,low density,so as to ensure and improve the quality and the service lifeof the road,reduce the investment of pavement construction and later maintenancecost.In this article, pavement trenchless processing is adopted,it cement the gravelpile into the road directly, then add the pavement layer processing measures under thecondition of small excavation facing. Comparing to the other processing methods, thismethod’s strength lies in its fast construction progress, simplified process, goodreinforcement effect, easy to control and good economic returns.In this paper,the author use finite element analysis as the main method, build the3D model of the pile body and the foundation grid partition in ANSYS environment,choosing SOLID45element in meshing, and Targe170rigid target unit and Conta173flexible contact element to simulate the highly nonlinear pile soil contact in the soilpile interface through the DP model. Through simulation analysis, we got somerelevant data and the relationship curve betwween the load various frictional force’s,and stress under different conditions,by analyzing the data, to study group charactersof the pile foundation of the work,and the Shavian county to yak pass period ofpavement disease treatment plan design example and analyzes the results of modeltest of contrast,ANSYS finite element program that can be good simulation pilegroup work traits.This paper studies the characteristics of the geometry of the pile group,mainlyrefers to the influence of force performance of group piles under vertical load,whichcaused by pile length,pile distance,pile diameter and pile body concrete elasticmodulus. And analyze the pile group which of the geometry characteristic in thevertical load bearing capacity can play the best,so as to meet the minimum settlement.In addition,this paper also studies the group of pile side friction of road surface subsidence, end resistance change and pile group’s overall carrying stress traits anddestruction features,make the road repair more secure,the economy.This paper was sponsored by the science and technology project "The technicalresearch and projects demonstration of secondary highway construction with low costfor strong earthquake are in Yunnan mountain area" by Yunnan TransportationDepartment in the year of2011.
