Easy to produce gas, such as coffee, feed powder and granular products are generallystored in sealed package container, if the gas too much, cannot be exhausted directly, theproduct quality would be affect and deterioration, thus shorten the shelf life. Excess gas willcause large pressure in the transportation and storage, leading to bags bulge or ruptured.While the pouch-type can’t be maintained, the stacking of the package bags is also influenced.And these products are more sensitive to air, if the seal is not very good, they are easy tooxidative deterioration.Various food or agricultural feed need to go through fermentation, these great occupiedthe enterprise funds. If fermentation in the transportation or storage, it can reduce the amountof business inventories. The problem is that fermentation process will inevitably generate gas.Seal package and opening package will bring package security and product quality problems.So that the valve that cans timely exhaust gas and prevent air entering is needed.About above problems, by analyzing the degassing valve structure and work process,influencing factors, and bending deflection of the slice to study the valve work principle.Corresponding established the exhaust differential equations and slice movement equations;and the movement mathematics model on the basis of the above study; used the ANSYSanalysis software and finite element method to analyze and resolve this model.This paper completed the ANSYS analysis on the basis of the valve stress analysis andcorresponding boundary conditions. Combined with relevant data and Finite element analysisto get elastic valves movement curve is basically consistent with the actual situation. From thetheoretical and simulation analysis verified the degassing valve bags can really timely exhaustgases produced by typical products, indicating the degassing valve bags suitable forpackaging typical products that could produce a mass of gas.Starting from the mathematical modeling and analysis of influencing factors for theexhaust efficiency of the degassing valve, and the exhaust efficiency of degassing valve wascalculated theoretically. The academic results and the theory analysis of the exhaust efficiencyfor the degassing valve were analyzed. Exploring the factors influence the valve exhaustsefficiency. These can provide an appropriate basis on the optimized design of the degassingvalve.Based on the above, finding out the structural parameters is closely related to thedegassing valve motion. In response to these structural parameters to optimize the design ofthe degassing valve structural. It could improve the valve sealing and sensitivity, so that thedegassing valve bag can be quickly exhaust gas, to ensure the product quality. At last gettingthe overall packaging design process of the degassing valve bag.
