Study On The Historical And Cultural Villages Protection

With the time changes, many ancient villages turn from glorious and prosperity in the history to declination, the economy is too weak to adapt to the requirements of the new times. At the same time, because of urbanization trend spread and other reasons, which change the traditional style of the village, make them facing the crisis of gradually disappear. After1980’s, domestic experts and scholars begin to pay attention to these historical heritage, in the last30years a lot of theoretical research and practice activities have been done, and at the same time because the countries give legal support, gradually formed the historical and cultural city、town and village protection system, also they have paid a heavy cost while accumulating rich experience. The Tangbian village of Jiangxi province is an epitome of many historical and cultural villages. This Luling ancient village which is located in the Jitai basin had developed agricultural and commercial culture before, the village pattern and architectural style reflects the unique local characteristics. In2003the Tangbian village was rated one of the jiangxi provincial historical and cultural villages. However, due to the weak protection consciousness, lack of planning and management and other factors, the Tangbian village is faced with many questions such as unordered construction, hollow old village and incomplete infrastructure. This essay studies the protection planning of Tangbian village through the field research and data analysis, provides the reference for the historical heritage protection, traditional style continuation and protection planning establishment of Tangbian.
