So far cementitious materials was one of the major building Materials, to achieve energy energy storage and transparentting in daytime and luminescence and transparentting at night, it has became one of the hotspots for the researchers to give cementitious materials luminescence and transparent functions in recent years.Luminescent Transparent Cementitious Materials (LTCM) were prepared by luminescent cementitious materials castables with the optical fibres mixed through a set of optical fibres arranging process and device which designed by ourselves. Mechanical properties, transmission performance, durability and microscopic appearances of LTCM were studied by means of strength tests. UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, XRD and ESEM. The results showed that:1) The flexural and compressive strength of Cementitious Materials were improved in various degrees with optical fiber mixed into, especially when cementitious material proportion is higher the range increased is higher, the flexural strength reached the highest at12.3percent while the compressive improve amplitude reached19.2percent results showed transparent cementitious materials have excellent mechanical properties, and optical fiber endowed with cementitious materials a certain amount of toughness.2) Light transmittance curve stable at a higher value after the wavelength of370nm. Light transmittance is proportional to optical fiber volume fraction, the higher the optical fiber percentage, the higher the light transmittance. When optical fiber was spacing for3mm×3mm, the light transmittance was0.71percent, when optical fiber was spacing for6mm×6mm. the light transmittance was0.395percent, and when optical fiber was spacing for9mm×9mm. the light transmittance was0.051percent. Compared with that curing in natural water, Light transmittance of the transparent materials curing in salt solution for56d were increased.3) Compared with that curing in natural water, the compressive and flexural strength of the transparent materials curing in salt solution for56d were showed that: the average flexural strength of the transparent materials prepared with P· O cement increased by19percent.and the average compressive strength of which increased by6percent, while the average flexural strength of the transparent materials prepared with R. SAC cement increased by22percent,and the average compressive strength of which increased by6percent. Compared with that curing in natural water, the compressive and flexural strength of the transparent materials curing in alkaline solution for56d were showed that:the average flexural and compressive strength of the transparent materials prepared with P·O cement hadn’t any significant changes, while the average flexural strength of the transparent materials prepared with R SAC cement decreased by24.8percent.and the average compressive strength of which decreased by25.3percent.4) Calcium sulphoaluminates, ettringite, calcium silicate hydrate gel,β-hydrargillite and so on were found in the hydration products and microscopic appearances of transparent materials that prepared with R·SAC cement, and portlandite except the materials curing in alkaline solution, while calcium silicate hydrate gel, portlandite, ettringite and so on were found in that of transparent materials prepared with P·O cement.The study of the thesis comes from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, optical properties and micro mechanism of Luminescent Transparent Cementitious Materials (approve number:51002072).
