In recent years, the eutrophication has become one of the world’s problems, and the phenomenon of the harmful algae’soutbreak is emerging, the country water resources’s shortage is even worse, whether it is drinking water, or landscape water have becomed an important problem facing in the current, so far, the domestic and foreign scholars have made thousands of species of algae’s Pharmacy removed, but the most ones are still in the laboratory’s research stage, but very few can actually be put into practice, and the traditional algal methods have many limitations and negative effects, which supply a rare opportunity to the development and application of bio-algal agent. This research paper has a concept about the biological allelochemicals algal, widely explores algicidal agent resources, has an research to the eight kinds of natural algal material, and filters out the new、cheap and efficient algal agent which have theoretical basis for algicidal agent of scientific applications.The eight natural algal material are processed through the three methods (dry powder, water extraction, anaerobic soak15d), and then in an ideal environment, the instructors test the inhibitory effect of Microcystis aeruginosa through the counting method,The results found that the orange have the inhibition effect, and can achieve the best in the three methods; the corn bran is also the best effect in addition to extraction outside.Secondly, the instructors select its best in the orange peel and corn bran dosaged according to the different concentrations, the growth curves of algae number in the different times dosaged, the results showed that, the test liquid has the color of light, basically colorless in the dosing of the low content; and has the few amount of flocculent body, the inhibitory effect is very obvious. on this basis, the combination trial of the orange peel and corn bran, test the effect of algal inhibited,results show that, which has such significantly strengthened inhibition effect than a single species. In addition, the orange peel, corn bran after repeated have anaerobic soak, soaking still has the role of algal inhibited, which is worthy of attention about resources re-use value.Betel nut Pieces in the powder experiment has the effect,which can be achieved above90%, but in other different methods of processing, the effect is not very good, and basically had no inhibitory effect; when fresh nuts are made the algal material and found that the inhibition works well, which can reach more than90%, husk has a certain extent, can reach about50%, but algae is growth in number, but slow growth. Finally, the betel nut is used for the organic extraction and separation, which extract its effective inhibition of composition, the results showed that, petroleum ether extracts the best.
