As a method of foundation treatment, the settlement calculation theory and practice about the rammed soil-cement piles composite foundation are in the continuous development, and many experts and scholars at home and abroad have been made unremitting research.In this paper,the deformation influencing factors of rammed soil-cement piles composite foundation have been analyzed and summarized,and the deformation mechanism has been investigated.And the deformation characteristics of rammed soil-cement piles composite foundation has been simulated and analyzed through the establishment of the constitutive model combined with soil constitutive relations of re-search. Combined with deformation theory under the influence with a variety of factors, the extent of the impact of different factors on the composite foundation has been seriously studied. Integrated the theoretical formula calculated data, upwards analyzed the numerical simulation designing parameters, in addition made the design value more realistically reflect practical engineering applications.On the basis of previous studies, the settlement nature of rammed soil-cement piles has been furtherly studied, which furtherly enriched and developd the rammed soil-cement piles composite foundation settlement calculate theory.The following understanding has been mainly achieved through research and analysis:Different size and material properties of cushion thickness directly affect the ability to adjust the deformation of composite foundation. Under the action of a certain vertical load, reinforcement layer and the underlying settlement value are reduced with the increase of the area replacement ratio but not linearly changed. The select of pile diameter severely affect bearing capacity of composite foundation. In order to ensure the safety of composite foundation, the bearing capacity of soil on the pile should be plenty considered particularly when selecting the pile diameter. With the increase of effective length of pile, the sedimentation value of composite foundation and the underlying are reduced. However, the reinforcement layer is opponent.
