Abstract/Summary:
A light emitting diode (LED) is a solid state semiconductor device. It can directly transform electrical energy into light energy. As a new and efficient light source for the lighting industry, white LED has opened a new field. Because of its rapid development, wide application, strong motive power for industry and huge energy-saving potential, it is considered as the most promising high-tech energy-saving industry. Compared with traditional lighting methods, based on LED, point light lighting systems can not only improve the lighting service, but also reduce carbon emissions. Along with domestic industrial structure adjustment and the accelerating process of the development mode change, as an important energy saving method, semiconductor lighting industry meets a new development opportunityHigh power white LED is the core device in semiconductor lighting, but the quality grading concentration of current high-power white LED in its manufacturing process is not high. The general level of production is concentrated in a relatively low proportion and qualified rate can only reach70%. Unqualified products can be kept only as the stock, they wastes the capital and increases manufacturing costs of the enterprises. This problem has seriously restricted the competitiveness of high power white LED enterprise. Research and development of an enterprise-type phosphor test equipment for high power white LED has become a pressing task. According to domestic and international standards for LED detection, combined with design principles of optical, mechanical and electrical integration, the test equipment of high-power white LED phosphor has been developed for the production of high-power white LED.The main work is as follows:1. Basic radiometry, photometry and colorimetric principles are analyzed. Then the principle and method of optical, color and electrical tests for LED light characteristics are introduced according to the principles the LED test standards.2. Based on the understanding of the basic structure and operating principle of micro fiber spectrometer, reasonable components of the spectrometer are selected, an integrating sphere is designed and an on-line test system of the spectrometer is established.3. Data processing and interface function compilation and transfer for the spectrometer are studied. Communication principle and method between host computer and PLC, host computer and programmable power supply are analyzed. According to their results, the fast test for LED photo-electricity parameters is possible.4. In accordance with actual needs of the enterprise, combined with software engineering design ideas, the software structure and function modules of the test system are designed. Based on Microsoft Visual Studio2008platform, all functions of the system are realized.
