In the current days, with the accelerated process of urbanization in China, thescale of the city’s buildings is growing, tall buildings as a symbol of prosperous inlarge cities. But in the process of building ultra-high buildings, it must be deepfoundation pit dewatering in order to ensure the safety of construction projects.Especially as Tianjin,it’s a shallower areas of this pressurized water level.The foundation pit dewatering will affect the surrounding environment, forexample, it causes land subsidence and a series of problems of surrounding areas.During designing precipitation scheme, it will not only ensure the future ofconstruction safety, but also ensure minimal water level to reduce pressure for thesafety of buildings in the surrounding ground.Therefore, on the basis of the report for Tianjin BoHai Bank Business BuildingEngineering Investigation, I was asked to give a more reasonable design for TianjinBohai Bank Business Building Dewatering Project.To prevent accidents caused losses by excavation of groundwater Inrushing, thedesign of precipitation pit floor stability is considered. To design the buck well, thehydraulic software of Modflow is used to make sure its reasonable layout, which isalso used to predict land subsidence caused mainly by the precipitation ofdecompression and to ensure that the affect of the land subsidence amount on thesurrounding buildings and facilities is within a safe range.
