For the advantage of efficiency and environmental protection, CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) is paid more and more attention and widely used.Appling CCPP to spare power plant, using the by-product gas of steel plant, is good for recycling the energy source and reducing the environmental pollutants. But the requirements of CCPP to gas system are very high, gas flow rate, pressure and temperature changes will bring great influence to the safety and efficiency of the system. Therefore the study of CCPP gas system has important realistic significance.Based on the CCPP gas system of LuoJing Bao steel, this thesis is concerned with gas flow and pressure fluctuations and compressor surge problems. Through the mechanism analysis of the system for which centrifugal compressor is the core, the mathematical model of CCPP gas system and a feasible anti-surge control strategy are proposed. Finally, simulations based on the gas system model and the strategy above is carried out.Simulation results show that the gas system mechanism model this thesis proposed is accurate and reliable,which can correctly reflect the characteristics of equipments as well as the characteristics of the joint system. The result also show that the control strategy proposed for compressor surge problems can provide effective control and achieved good effect.
