With the swift development of the industry of vehicle and the improvement of levels of people living, the transport of automobile is an essential part of our daily lives. Automobiles are utilized by most of people with the advantage of rapidity.The instant traffic accidents, however, give rise to immense loss to people’s lives and properties. How we could reduce the number of injury in every crash is of importance. Having elevated the safety of automobiles and decreased the wounded figures caused by collision, we have to make study on the resistance against crash and the protection for the passengers at the beginning of designing of vehicles.I, in this paper, make a deep study of the theory of collision of vehicles, which is connected with the function of computes, realizing the process of the simulation analysis of automobile crash at the part of trunk. It, according to the researches made by others, predicts not only the resistance against crash of the frame of automobiles, but the reaction and the degree of injury of passengers in this process. These sorts of advantages facilitate the manufactures of automobiles to diminish the number of trials, the cost of products and the circulation of devising the new models of automobiles. Following the successful researches, I add the finite element models of the occupant restraint system including the50"’percentile Hybrid III dummy and the seatbelt system in this model. Computer simulation proceeded under the rule of<GB20072-2006the safe standard of fuel system in car rear crash>, with the help of the popular crash simulation software including HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.As a result, I analyze the resistant capability of the car body in crash., and regulate the structural design of the frame of the car model, such as the rear end and the rear door. I make another simulation analysis after that in a same condition. By comparing the results, I could draw the conclusion that the safety of the model was far better than that of the primary model. Meanwhile, I analyze the safety of the fuel system and the injury degree of passengers in crash. We would make much improvement were we able to analyze the resistance against crash of the frame of the automobiles with the efficient support of the computes. It will be supposed to present a good example for the similar simulation analysis.
