With short of the energy and the national energy-saving strategy, the high-frequency switching power supply with great effieiency has been applied in many areas such as communication, information, appliance and national defence. To improve the switching frequency, the power grade and controling technology are the hot point of high-frequency high-power switching power supply. The research and design of high-power high-frequency switching power supply (24VDC/100A20KHz) is described in this paper.Firstly, combined with current situation of switching power supply technology, mainly with the latest current situation of the main topology structure and soft-switching technology, the paper determine the phase shift ZVS PWM DC/DC full-bridge converter as main circuit design, and study the working principle as well as theoretical conditions of this converter. Then, the paper analyze and study the implementation scheme of other part of switching power supply.For the central control part, adopts the high performance DSP chip instead of general control chip to achieve digital and flexibility controlling. Secondly,based on the system designing scheme, the paper estimate the parameters of main circuit components and select components for the high-power high-frequency switching power supply (24VDC/100A20KHz), mainly estimate the parameters of input rectifier,IGBT, high frequency transformer and output rectifier as so on. Furthermore, how to apply DSP to achieve phase shift ZVS PWM control? The paper gives the detailed answer and the main program flowchart.Finally, a simulation for the mian circuit using PSIM6.0has been made, and theoretical design parameter has been modified. The results from simulations reveal that the design of system is feasible and the performance of the converter can meet the demand of the design.
